Alan Wood
Alan is a native of Pittsford and graduated from Nazareth College in 1988. He is entering into his 23rd year in Real Estate. In April of 2007 he and 7 other Real Estate Professionals joined forces to create RE/MAX Plus. Over the years Alan has served on numerous committees and has been an active member of GRAR and WCR. He is President of Ugly Disco Inc & a member of the Ten Ugly Men, both groups raising money for charities every year!

Kristen Heaney
Kristen joined Alan’s team in October 2001 as an assisant to Alan. She immediately obtained her license in real estate allowing her to show homes, write contracts and answer questions as needed. Kristen has a strong background in customer service coming from the hospitality field as well as the insurance industry. She is a Rochester native and very familiar with the area. In addition to supporting the office, you’ll also find her volunteering at Alan’s charity events.

Allison Leombruno
Allison joined Alan’s team in the spring of 2008 after working in the mortgage business for 10 years. Her knowledge of the finance side comes in handy when talking about bank qualifications. Allison is off to a great start and is dedicated to finding you the right home. Her patience and perseverance will carry you through the entire home buying experience.
